Freddie Dickson - State of Grace

THe Making of 'State of Grace'...

Freddie Dickson approached Jonathan Stow to direct and produce his latest music video.  

The video was filmed at the Asylum in Peckham, London and explores a moment in time of Freddie's Godfather.

The film starred the incredible Damien Johnson and the captivating Roderick Burrows Junior.

Happy House of Horror TV Commercial
for Virgin TV and Liberty Global

It all started when...

Virgin TV/ Liberty Global wanted to make a TV commercial for their new Halloween film season that was happening in 7 European territories. 

Filmed in an old victorian detention centre in Clerkenwell with a superb cast featuring Malik Ibheis as the creature, and Alex Critoph as the damsel.  The Special FX Make-up of our Zombie Butcher was created by the awesome Millenium FX.

The Production had a cast and crew of 40, was filmed on the Arri Alexa, and 72 seperate versions of 6 films were delivered 6 days after the shoot.

This project was a lot of fun!!

STIHL TV Commercial

It all started when...

Jonathan Stow was commissioned to make STIHL's first UK TV commercial.  Stihl wanted to show a real person using one of their new products in a real life situation.  What better than to film the UK's top female ice sculptor - Anne-Marie Taberdo in her ice studio where she works at temperatures as low as -8 degrees Celcius.  

Anne-Marie is one of the UK's top Ice sculptor's regularly competing in the World Ice Sculpting Championships and she uses Stihl Chainsaws extensively in her practice and she was a pleasure to work with on the TV commercial.  

After the Commercial was cut, it was handed over to the awesomely talented composer Sophie Cotton to score.  Sophie added a real touch of magic and created a beautifully epic score that complemented the visuals to create a truly beautiful TV commercial that was aired on prime time (7- 7:30pm) Channel 4 in the UK.
